Pelvic Power Hour
Róisín will be hosting the Pelvic Power Hour exclusively at Therapy Room on Saturday 24th February at 10.30am, where she’ll be debunking myths around leaking, giving hints and tips to strengthen your pelvic floor and empowering you to move without the fear of leaks holding you back!.
So if you have ever worried about leaking when exercising, or plan your day out around toilet visits, or have been told that leaking is normal following child birth or the menopause, then this event is for you!
This is a safe space to ask any questions you have or simply listen. Roisin will explain how your pelvis works, give you an understanding of how you can reduce or stop leaking, and introduce you to the Pelvic Power Community.
