Important Small Print
Cancellation policy: For all bookings, a 24 hour (1 day) cancellation policy applies, where no fee will be payable for cancellations (or changes) made with more than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments, cancellations (or changes) made within 24 hours of the appointment time, will be charged at the full fee of the treatment. All cancellations (or changes) have to be made by phone or text to 07749 224 262. We cannot accept cancellations (or changes) by email because we might not be able to pick them up in time.
We will call everybody in the 24 hours before an appointment. Should there be an indication possible coronavirus symptoms then or anytime before the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled without any charge. Please let us know as soon as possible if you develop any symptoms in that time period.
Online bookings: At the point of booking, the full fee is payable. Should you have to cancel (or change) your appointment then the above Cancellation policy applies.
Package deals: Should you or we decide to end your package deal then appointments already taken will be charged at full price and deducted from the amount paid. The remainder will then be refunded either in the form of a cheque or, if you so wish, in the form of gift vouchers.
Subscriptions: Subscription have to be taken out for a minimum of 6 payments. Appointments booked with a subscription are also subject to our cancellation policy. Should you cancel (or change) your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value on your account.
Vouchers: Vouchers are also subject to our cancellation policy. Should you cancel (or change) your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation period the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the voucher.
Please honour the time and effort your therapist puts into providing you with the best possible service by giving us or the therapist plenty of notice, or by calling us on 07749 224 262.
Offers cannot be combined, and no further discounts are applicable for package deals.
We may from time to time offer time-limited discounts or offers. These may be offered online or in the form of a voucher. These discounts or offers are not redeemable for cash, and are available to new clients only.
It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant changes in your health and life-style, e.g. if you are trying to get pregnant or are pregnant, if you have started or stopped taking medications, and any concerns or issues you may have.

Claiming back from your insurance
If you are planning to make a claim with your health insurance company for your treatment with us then please make sure to check with your insurance company whether this is possible or not before you book an appointment with us.
Every health insurance schemes have got a range of plans, therapies and registrations they acknowledge. For example, the Westfield Mosaic scheme acknowledges sports and remedial massage as well as Indian Head Massage with CNHC registered therapists, SimplyHealth acknowledges therapeutic massage with a CNHC registered massage therapist, and HealthShield accepts Chair Massage for CNHC and FHT, Hot Stone Massage with FHT, Indian Head Massage with CNHC and FHT, Manual Lymph Drainage with CNHC, FHT and MLD UK, Sports/Remedial/Deep Tissue and Pre-natal (pregnancy) Massage with CNHC and MTI. N.B: These are examples of what would apply to our practice, and is not limited to what these insurances may offer from time to time. This might change and you are responsible to check the terms and conditions of your private health insurance.
