Since I was a teenager I have been interested in massage. When my father suffered from sciatica, I helped him relieve the pain with massage.
I am fascinated by how our bodies work and how human touch can improve our wellbeing.
In 2012 I joined a course in Rotherham College and qualified as a Swedish Massage Therapist.
In 2020 I trained and qualified in Holistic and Deep Tissue Massage (level 4) with Sheffield Centre for Massage Training.
For the past 2 years I have been working as a Therapist in Laser Clinic on Ecclesall Road and now I am also joining the team at Therapy Room Sheffield.
As I like helping others, I have also been working in a hospital as a Support Worker for the past 20 years.
My interests are Nutrition and natural medicine, spending time outdoors (which I love) and have recently started practising Yoga.
